A characterful but very much unloved end of terrace Victorian property was not fit for modern day living.

To rectify this we extended full width at the rear to create a generous open plan kitchen/dining/living room. The master bedroom was partitioned to create space for a marble wet room and WC. Remedial works were carried out to fix long standing damp issues and both the basement and attic were converted to make use of redundant space.

Full decoration both internally and externally, including re-rendering the front facade. Full rewire and plumbing throughout.
