Bittemoor.

Restore, replace & extend.

With arguably one of the best views in the Gloucestershire, Bittemoor was a stunning but unloved property on the edge of Cleeve Hill.

Brimming with Edwardian character, we restored the main shell of the house by reinstating the original skirting, architrave and plasterwork. We laid 65sqm of reclaimed mahogany parquet flooring, installed new steel windows throughout and replaced all plumbing and electrics as well as installing 3 stunning natural stone bathrooms.

To juxtapose the older parts of the house, we built an extension with an inverted pitch roof and huge crittall style screens to soak up those wonderful views. The attic was also converted, with a feature bath sunk into marble within the dormer window.
